You may only enter either the AURALEE ONLINE STORE or AURALEE TOKYO — not both. (Isetan and Hankyu locations are not subject to this restriction.)
Each customer is limited to one entry. If multiple entries are detected using the same name, address, or other registered information — whether at the same location or across AURALEE ONLINE STORE and AURALEE TOKYO — all entries will be considered as coming from the same individual and will be disqualified.
You may not enter for multiple colorways.
This item cannot be ordered together with any product other than the AURALEE × New Balance 204L.
Changes to color, size, email address, shipping address, or any other details cannot be accepted after your entry has been submitted.
Cancellations requested for reasons such as "I placed the order by mistake," "a family member or acquaintance placed the order without my knowledge," or "the item looks different from the photos" cannot be accepted.
If an order is cancelled at the customer's request or a delivery is refused, the customer may be prohibited from purchasing limited items in the future.
If a defect is found in the delivered item, we are unable to provide a replacement. A refund will be issued instead.
Gift wrapping is not available.
If there is no defect in the item itself, orders will be shipped even if the outer packaging (wrapping paper or box) is damaged.
Purchases for the purpose of resale are not permitted.
We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding sales opportunities for customers who were not selected.
In unavoidable circumstances, the sales method may be changed without prior notice.
