・ We do not accept cancellations due to personal reasons such as “I ordered by mistake,” “A family member or acquaintance ordered without my permission,” or “The actual product was different from what I imagined based on the photos.”

・ Customers who cancel or refuse to accept delivery may be prohibited from purchasing future limited-edition items.

・ Although all products are carefully inspected prior to shipping, if a defect is found upon delivery, we will provide a refund rather than a replacement. We appreciate your understanding.

・ Gift wrapping is not available.

・ Even if the packaging paper or shoe box is damaged, the item will still be shipped unless the product itself is defective.

・ Purchases made for resale purposes are strictly prohibited.

・ We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding purchase availability if your order was not successful.

・ The sales method is subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

About Credit Card Transactions:

・ If you are selected, the actual payment will be processed after the lottery. For those not selected, the pre-authorization hold will be canceled.

・ At the time of entry, only a pre-authorization will be made to confirm your credit card’s validity. If not selected, the hold will be canceled after the winner announcement. (The cancellation process may take time depending on the product.)
